چکیده

Mahseer aquaculture activities are still relatively low because they constrained by slow growth. Potassium diformate can promote growth improving digestion. This research aimed to determine the optimum dose of potassium addition artificial feed for best rate in mahseer fingerlings. The was conducted from July – August 2022, hatchery Faculty Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Padjadjaran University, West Java, Indonesia. method used this experimental, using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting four treatments five replications. test fish were 200 fingerlings measuring 4.5 5.0 cm. treatment formate at 0% (A), 0.1% (B), 0.3% (C), 0.5% (D). length maintenance is 40 days, with amount feeding 3% fish's body weight. Parameters observed included specific (SGR), conversion ratio (FCR), survival (SR), water quality (dissolved oxygen, temperature, pH). results showed that gave highest SGR value 0.75%, FCR 3.80, EP 26.87%, SR 100%. It be concluded difomate has good effect on if given optimal doses.

Growth Performance of Rabbits Fed Palm-Press Fibres-Based Diets

An experiment was carried out to define the optimal rate of palm-press fibres in growing rabbits' diet. In total, 64 weaned rabbits (35 days old) of Beninese breed were divided in 16 groups of 4 rabbits (2 males and 2 females) each. During six weeks, rabbits were fed with 4 complete diets containing 0% (F0, control), 5% (F5), 10% (F10), and 15% (F15) of fibres from a palm oil industry. Results ...
